Holiday Wine Pairing Suggestions

The Winter Holiday’s are just around the corner! Whether you were satisfied or not with wines you paired at Thanksgiving or even with last years Holiday meals, it is always nice to hear recommendations from those in the industry.  Jonathan Wilson with Harvest Wines & Spirits shares his suggestions in this helpful, quick video.

Fancy turkey during Christmas or New Years festivities? Try Mira’s 2011 Chardonnay. This un-oaked white will stand up to even the richest of flavors such as stuffing! Or if you are strictly red the morel mushroom notes in our 2011 Pinot Noir makes for a lovely flavor though remaining light enough not to overpower your dishes.
