We currently ship wine to all states except the following:
KY, MS, UT, VT
Fulfillment and Shipping Time: Please allow up to 24 hours to process an order. Our wine ships from our facility in California via UPS Ground service (October – April) and UPS Overnight (May-September), typically on Mondays. We work very closely with our customers to determine the best means of shipping so as to limiting the wines exposure to uncontrolled temperatures. Signature: Someone 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the shipment before the driver is able to deliver. This is a federal law and neither we nor the carrier have any control over this requirement. The driver will make three attempts before your shipment will be held at the local carrier’s holding facility for five business days. You are able to pick up your shipment there at anytime during those five days by showing a valid picture I.D. Weather: Due to extreme weather conditions, we may not ship your wine immediately upon purchase.
Returns and reroutes: Should a reroute be necessary due to an incorrect shipping address, please contact Molly at firstname.lastname@example.org or (707) 945-0881. UPS charges $25 for each reroute and this will in turn be charged to you. For wines that are unable to be delivered and eventually returned to us, after the carriers three attempts plus the allowed five days of storage at the local holding facility, you will be charged the carrier rates for the return. We will be happy to reship your order, contact Molly to arrange a shipping date and address that best works for a successful delivery. We will reship your wines at our current flat rate.
