Shipping

We currently ship wine to all states except the following:

AK, DE, HI, MS, NM, OK, RI, UT, VT, WV, WY

Fulfillment and Shipping Time

We cannot control the last leg of delivery, but we will work to make sure that you order is well timed and we are supporting your communications with delivery services. Please use the contact form below or call (707) 945-0881 with any questions.

Signature: Please note, especially if gift giving, someone 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the shipment before the driver is able to deliver. Reroutes, returns and reships will incur additional charges. This is a federal law and neither we nor the carrier have any control over this requirement. The driver will make three attempts before your shipment will be held at the local carrier’s holding facility for five business days. You are able to pick up your shipment there at anytime during those five days by showing a valid picture I.D. Please use the contact form below if you have any further questions or concerns.

Weather

Due to extreme weather conditions, we may not ship your wine immediately upon purchase.

Returns and reroutes

Should a reroute be necessary due to an incorrect shipping address, please use the contact form below or call (707) 945-0881. UPS charges $25 for each reroute and this will in turn be charged to you. For wines that are unable to be delivered and eventually returned to us, after the carriers three attempts plus the allowed five days of storage at the local holding facility, you will be charged the carrier rates for the return. We will be happy to reship your order, contact Molly to arrange a shipping date and address that best works for a successful delivery. We will reship your wines at our current flat rate.
