Mira Estate White Wine 2022

Our Estate White Wine 2022 has amazing aromatics largely due to some new oak barrel aging of the 59% Sauvignon Gris, along with the 41% Sauvignon Blanc, making this vintage a truly unique experience. An inviting palate of citrus layered with spice notes and ripe avocado lead to a long lasting, enjoyable finish due to the marked acidity. Sauvignon Gris fermented and aged in the only Ovum wooden egg-shaped fermenter in the Americas. Aged on the lees for ten months with no stirring during fermentation.
