Fox News highlights Mira’s Ocean Aging Experiment

Mira Winery made history as the first American winery to experiment with ocean aging wine when we retrieved four cases of wine out of the Charleston, S.C. Harbor on May 21.  The wine had been stored under the sea for a period of three months.
