Mira Cabernet Sauvignon M-Bar Ranch 2018

Mira's Cabernet Sauvignon M-Bar Ranch 2018 has aromas of blackberry compote, plum, black tea leaf and fennel delight the nose, while blackberries, dark cherries and cassis follow on the palate. This prestigious site sits at the base of the Mayacamas mountain range on the venerable Oakville bench adjacent to the southern border of Vine Hill Ranch. This "neighborhood" of esteemed sites also includes Harlan Estate, Promontory and Beckstoffer-Missouri Hopper to name a few. M-Bar Ranch was recently replanted and Mira was lucky enough to make the first wine from the new young vines, but this is the only vintage we were able to produce.

Compact and fine-grained on the palate, but it still shows nice fluidity and succulence in the middle, with a bright, juicy finish. Lovely freshness.
