Mira Winemaker featured on Fresno’s KMJ Radio
MIra Winery’s Winemaker Gustavo Gonzalez was interviewed on Fresno, California’s KMJ radio, “The Valley’s News Talk Radio Leader,” to discuss our recent wine ocean aging experiment.
“What we are trying to do is replicate some of the things that we do on shore, which is the temperature, and the light…but then some of the things that are different are the complete lack of light, and the swaying motion, so even thought we are going to be down there for three months we think there is going to be an effect on the wine.”
