“We hope to find a different tool for aging, I don’t know in the short term how much of this we are going to be able to adapt going forward, but we are hoping to have something different than what we have on shore. I don’t know what the flavor profile is going to be, I think it will age a little bit slower. But, not thinking it is going to be better or worst than what we have just different, and just a different way to age compared to what we traditionally do.”
