‘Tis the Season for Wine Gift Giving

The holiday season among us, and with it comes gift giving of all kinds: Secret Santa with friends, neighborhood drop ins, office cocktails and other festive occasions galore.  With so much going on it can be hard to know exactly what gift to give, and especially at a reasonable price!  When a bottle of wine will not suffice, remember that there are several gift options out there to help accessorize one’s wine collection, and all at a price that will keep you and your wallet jolly. What is better to keep a bottle of wine sitting on the table cool than a frozen corkcicle?  It is exactly as it sounds.  You can keep the corkcicle in the freezer and whenever needed, take it out and cork your now cooling bottle of wine. (It was also named one of Oprah’s favorite things!)  There are also several wine glasses out there to choose from, stemless, stemmed, balloon, you cannot go wrong.  There are also festive and personalized wine charms, glass coasters, bottle coasters and the always needed wine bottle stoppers.  Wine koozies, or woozies, are a fun treat for the friend who has it all, and don’t forget fun cocktail napkins will never go unused!

Remember that the reason for giving is not material but enjoying the pleasure of friends and families company, and we all know a glass of wine only helps enhance the “spirit” of the season.  Now finish shopping so you can pour yourself a glass!
